She had to admit — once again, Miko had managed to floor her.

If Miko really had already done something like that, then Lumine was genuinely curious as to what Kaito's reaction at the time had been.

"The clothes I'm wearing?" Mobius reflexively glanced down at her own outfit, then went on: "What would be the point of doing that? You'd have to deal with all those clothes — wearing one set on your body, and laying out another set on the floor."

It was patently obvious that Mobius still didn't seem to grasp what lay behind Miko's words.

Never having imagined that Mobius could still fail to understand what Miko was driving at, Lumine couldn't help but think this to herself.

It hadn't occurred to her that Mobius could possibly be this innocent.

Originally, having watched the way Mobius — using her form and then Miko's form, respectively — had performed those incredibly bold acts earlier, she had assumed that Mobius must understand a great deal about that sort of thing. But clearly, she'd been wrong: Mobius hadn't the slightest clue about that sort of thing.

Even now that Miko had taken her words about as far as they could go, Mobius still hadn't picked up on it — which, in itself, said plenty.

"Who said anything about lots of clothes? At that point, you wouldn't be wearing any clothes at all." Just like Lumine, Miko — who had likewise not expected Mobius to miss the point of what she'd said — chose to spell it out a little more plainly.

So this little brat is actually this pure...

"You're seriously this surprised? You literally just did exactly that earlier."

At this point, Miko was even more convinced that Mobius's earlier conduct had truly been a case of clutching at any straw she could find.

"I... I just didn't catch your meaning, that's all. Can't you just spell it out clearly? Honestly, you're being so wishy-washy." Looking for all the world as though she'd been called out, Mobius suddenly began grumbling at Miko with great indignation, accusing her of being too dithery.

But this kind of behavior, in Miko and Lumine's eyes, was simply Mobius trying to cover up her own embarrassment — it really was just too obvious.

Why does it feel like Mobius is starting to seem more and more like just an ordinary girl...

Continuing to listen quietly from the sidelines, Lumine couldn't help feeling that Mobius was looking less and less like what she'd previously imagined, and more and more like just an ordinary girl.

"Anyway, by now I've made myself perfectly clear. Whether or not you do it is up to you."

Without bothering to keep mocking Mobius any further, Miko simply indicated that she'd already explained everything plainly, and that it was now up to Mobius herself whether she'd actually go through with it.

Lumine had to admit — she felt as though she'd picked up a whole lot of new knowledge today, even if this knowledge was, well, just a bit on the strange side.

"Then... what else am I supposed to do? I surely can't just keep standing there forever not wearing any clothes."

After yet another stretch of thinking, Mobius had asked another question.

Plainly, she had quite a lot of questions.

"At that point, naturally, you do whatever it is you like to do. If you just keep standing there stark naked, Kaito absolutely won't be able to hold himself back — and at that point, just make sure you can hold up under it yourself, that's all."

Looking at the slender build Mobius had, Miko always somehow had the feeling that Mobius wouldn't be able to hold up under it at all.

Then she went on: "And besides, at that point you'd be kneeling on the floor, which is just perfectly suited for doing that sort of thing."

"What sort of thing?" Mobius seemed, yet again, to not have understood.

"When you're kneeling like that, just think about where your mouth happens to be lined up with."

Not actually answering Mobius's question directly, Miko, instead, threw a question back at her.

Lumine: "..."

This time, once again, Lumine grasped it in a heartbeat.

Why does this feel exactly like she's leading a little kid astray...

Right now, Lumine had the distinct feeling that Miko was off corrupting a poor little child — even though this so-called little child was already tens of thousands of years old, she still couldn't shake the impression.
