Chapter 392 - 175: Warband Ranking Tournament! Resource Bonanza! A Chance to Complete Aperture Merging in 40 Years
Below the countdown timer was a more detailed explanation of the rules for the competition.
[The 70th Warband Ranking Tournament: Detailed Supplemental Rules Announcement]
1. Competition Mission System:
All participating members can accept a massive number of missions, carefully selected and evaluated by the academy’s council of mentors, in the [Competition Missions] section within the Warband’s private domain.
2. Mission Acceptance Rules:
All missions are exclusive.
Once a mission is accepted, it will be locked, and other members cannot accept it until it is completed or failed. If a mission is failed, it will return to the mission pool, where it can be accepted by other members.
3. Mission Types:
Missions are divided into two types: [Solo Missions] and [Team Missions].
Team Missions require a specific number of members before they can be started.
4. Points and Rewards:
Upon completing a mission, in addition to the [Contribution Points] and triple [Warband Reputation] specified by the mission itself, you will also receive [Competition Points]. Accumulating 100 Competition Points will earn you a [Class C Custom Resource Pack] from the Warband; accumulating 1,000 points will earn you a [Class B Custom Resource Pack], and so on, with no upper limit.
5. Mission Difficulty Tiers:
All missions are divided into six tiers based on their overall danger and difficulty:
Simple Level
Adventure Level
Difficult Level
Warrior Level
Hell Level
Nightmare Level
6. Important Notice:
The higher the mission’s difficulty level, the more Contribution Points, Warband Reputation, and Competition Points you will receive.
However, all members must act within their capabilities and choose with caution.
You only live once.
7. And finally...
The number of missions in the competition’s mission pool is enormous and will be dynamically replenished over time.
The difficulty of all missions has been precisely evaluated by the academy’s council of mentors.
Therefore, you have no need to worry about desirable missions being snatched by others. Please prepare calmly.
However, accepting a large number of missions far below your own strength is not permitted.
We wish all of you great success and extraordinary progress in this once-in-a-century grand event!
FEARLESS——!!!!

Qin Feng read through all the rules, word by word, and a clear understanding of how this competition worked formed in his mind.
The well-defined system of points and rewards quantified everyone’s goals.
He casually refreshed the forum page and found it was already buzzing with activity. Countless new posts, appearing with every refresh, filled the entire board with a frenzied atmosphere.
The hype for the Warband Ranking Tournament had already reached its peak.
[Pinned & Featured Post: Detailed Explanation—What does ’spoon-feeding you resources’ mean? I’ll tell you, even if you’re a total coward who doesn’t dare to take any mission of Adventure Level or higher, just by frantically grinding the easiest ’Simple Level’ missions, as long as you’re fast enough and efficient enough, these thirty years will be enough for you to earn a massive amount of resources!]
[Hot Post: Hey experts, can anyone tell me how these mission difficulty levels are actually determined? I have no idea what to expect, so I’m scared to randomly accept one!]
Soon, a reply appeared below this help thread that was upvoted by countless people and pinned to the top.
The replier was an anonymous, high-level member with the ID "Canaan Know-It-All."
["Canaan Know-It-All" replied: That’s a great question, and a lot of newcomers have the same doubt. The evaluation criteria from the academy’s council of mentors are very complex, but to make it easier for everyone to understand, we can use the first one hundred floors of the Canaan Tower, which Level 4 Martial Artists are most familiar with, as a direct comparison.]
[If you are a Level 4 Martial Artist, then:
[Simple Level] missions are roughly equivalent in difficulty to challenging floors 1-10 of the Canaan Tower. As long as you’re not a complete newbie who has just opened your acupoints and whose strength hasn’t stabilized, you can basically complete them with ease.
[Adventure Level] missions are equivalent in difficulty to floors 11-20 of the Canaan Tower. These require you to have a certain level of strength and combat experience; you can no longer just brute-force your way through.
[Difficult Level] missions correspond to floors 21-30 of the Canaan Tower. This is basically the limit for an ordinary Martial Artist using an Upper-grade Acupoint Opening Technique. You’ll need to have cultivated your Acupoint Opening Method to a relatively high degree to have a good chance of completing them.
[Warrior Level] missions see a huge jump in difficulty, corresponding to floors 31-60 of the Canaan Tower. If you want to even attempt missions of this level, you must be a genius cultivating a Top-grade Acupoint Opening Technique, and your vitality index must far exceed the baseline of 570 points.
[Hell Level] missions correspond to floors 61-90 of the Canaan Tower. The threshold for accepting missions of this level is that you must have fully opened all acupoints to Perfection with a Top-grade Acupoint Opening Technique, reaching a vitality index of 3,600 points.
[Nightmare Level] missions, naturally, correspond to the most terrifying floors of the Canaan Tower: 91-100. Missions of this level not only require you to reach the Fourth Level Limit of 3,600 points, but they also demand that you be a peerless talent with terrifying Combat Power and a Slaughter Realm far surpassing other Martial Artists of the same level. This is a true Trial Ground prepared for a King! Be warned, even if you far surpass others, you could still die.
...The above is the most easy-to-understand difficulty comparison chart. I hope this helps everyone.]
The space below this reply was instantly flooded with countless messages of thanks.
[HOLY SHIT! So that’s how it is! Thanks a ton, expert! Now I know what to expect!]
[Thanks, expert! The most I’d dare to touch are Difficult Level missions. I can’t even dream of trying Warrior Level.]
[Worshipping the expert! This explanation is so clear! It helped a newbie like me, who was about to go get himself killed, recognize my own limits in time!]
Qin Feng looked at this informative post that had been pushed to the very top, and a flash of understanding crossed his eyes.
’Canaan Tower.’
’Floors 91-100.’
’Nightmare Level.’
He had just walked out of there not long ago.
At that moment, he achieved an unprecedentedly clear understanding of where he should position himself and what kind of prey he should target in the coming storm.
’However, since I’m a Fifth-level Martial Artist now, I’ll have to take missions from the Fifth-level mission area.’
