Chapter 98 Idle Chatting in the Night Sky
"So, this giant eagle is Levin's Animagus form, and you two are just out for a walk?"
"And you actually drove this Ford Anglia to Uncle Harry's house and forcibly took him over?!"
At this moment, a giant eagle and a car were flying side by side in the sky.
Hermione and the four people in the car finally figured out why they were there.
"You two are actually taking a walk in the sky at night."
"This is so cool!"
George and Fred exchanged a glance and praised in unison.
George even whistled, making Hermione blush with embarrassment.
"This is none of your business!"
To hide her embarrassment, Hermione said angrily.
“How could you do such a thing? Aren’t you afraid of being discovered by ordinary people? Ron, I remember your father himself worked in the Muggle Misuse Prevention Division!”
“But if we don’t go, Harry will have to stay in the attic for the whole summer and won’t even be able to go to school.”
Ron argued loudly, his voice filled with indignation.
“A little elf is trying to stop me from going to school,”
Harry added, feeling wronged, "He even used magic in my house, and as a result, I was warned by the Ministry of Magic. If it happens again, I'll be expelled."
"But...but you could have written to Professor Dumbledore, or Hagrid, they would have been happy to help Harry, instead of taking this risk by driving your father's car on your own!"
Hermione pointed it out sharply.
But she immediately received a rebuttal from Ron: "But aren't you doing dangerous things too? I bet Levin's Animagus transformation isn't registered, right?"
Hermione was speechless.
She hadn't realized that, despite always subconsciously following the rules, she was almost becoming a rule-breaker herself, influenced by Levin and her other friends.
After all, most of Levin's daily actions are quite dangerous for young wizards, and even adult wizards.
For example, researching unfamiliar potions, studying new magic, transforming into Animagus without permission, using the Spatial Extension Charm in secret, learning Apparition (actually, it's called "Anywhere Door") without authorization, hunting dangerous magical beasts of level XXXXX, etc...
She has become almost desensitized to many of the unconventional behaviors.
Having convinced Hermione, Ron became smug.
Harry Potter, however, noticed something was wrong:
"Speaking of which, why are you all taking a walk here? Shouldn't you be staying at home?"
"That's because I was a guest at Levin's house, and Levin's house is in the village of San Cachipol."
Hermione answered naturally.
"Levin also lives in the village of Saint Cachipol?"
Ron was surprised, and George and Fred also looked over.
“Of course.” Hermione was a little puzzled. “You don’t mean you also live in St. Catchpoll Village?”
"Of course we live in the village of Saint Cachipol!"
The three Weasleys exchanged glances and spoke in unison.
What a coincidence! It turns out we're all neighbors.
Not only did he get to live with the Weasleys, but he also became neighbors with his two friends, Levin and Hermione.
The thought of this made Harry even more excited for the upcoming summer vacation.
Ron then tells Hermione that the Weasleys have lived in St. Catchball for generations.
Hermione revealed that Levin had only moved here during the holidays.
"Our new neighbor is Levin!" the Weasley brothers exclaimed in surprise. "Our new neighbor has been making a lot of noise and acting all mysterious since he moved in. Everyone was guessing who he was. Ron guessed he was a very old witch."
The giant eagle glanced at Ron with its sharp eyes.
"I didn't!" Ron immediately shouted in protest.
He didn't want to be targeted by Levin.
"So, how did Levin move here?" Harry asked enviously.
He knew Levin's background, but how did he end up owning a house here?
Harry desperately wanted to leave Uncle Vernon's house.
“He bought this place,” Hermione replied.
"But...how much will this cost?" Harry couldn't help but ask.
But before Hermione could speak, the Weasley brothers gave her an explanation.
“You don’t know yet, do you? Levin has been awarded a First Class Order of Merlin,” George shouted. “The reason is that he killed a Chimera and saved a Muggle.”
“Of course, this happened after the house was bought,” Fred added, “but that’s enough to prove that Levin has the ability to make money.”
"Truly a genius." Ron accepted the fact with some resignation; his peers not only owned their own houses but had also received the Order of Merlin's medal.
"So, you two are living together, right?" George said jokingly. "A lone man and a lone woman, no wonder you're taking a stroll in the sky so late at night!"
"we do not have!"
Hermione became angry again, and in order to defend herself, she couldn't help but reveal even more bombshell news: "There's no one alone with her, Ciri is there too!"
“So there are three people.” Fred whistled again. “You guys are really playing fancy games.”
By this time, they had arrived near the Weasleys' house.
The car landed on the ground, and the four people got out one by one. Levin also transformed back into human form.
"Do you remember Lysa, Fred?"
Levin looked at one of the twins with a malicious smile.
"What happened to that Muggle girl in the paper shop?" Fred suddenly felt a chill run down his spine.
"I saw you two having a great time with her the other day," Levin said with a dangerous smile. "What would Angelina think if she heard about this?"
Angelina Johnson, like the Weasley brothers, was a Gryffindor Quidditch player.
“Angelina? What’s wrong? Does she know Rachel?” George asked.
Levin ignored him and looked directly at Fred: "If I hear rumors about 'living together' at Hogwarts after school starts, all of this will happen, understand?"
"understand!"
Fred nodded pitifully.
This left George completely bewildered.
He was clearly a very intelligent person, but at this moment he became slow to realize that Fred liked Angelina.
Poor George, he probably still can't believe it.
Fred, the man he loved most, had secretly fallen for another woman behind his back.
Fred clearly didn't want George to know about this, and ended the conversation by saying, "It's still early, we need to hurry back and report."
He instructed, "We'll sneak upstairs and give Mom a surprise in the morning."
Then he turned to Levin: "Remember to come to the Burrow tomorrow, and invite Ciri too. We're going to throw a big welcome party for Harry!"
“Of course, then good luck to you.” Levin waved to him as well. “But I think Mrs. Weasley will give you a surprise.”
At least in the original books, they were caught red-handed by Mrs. Weasley after picking up Harry.
After watching the four tiptoe back home, Levin and Hermione also headed towards the tower.
I hadn't walked more than a few steps when I heard a woman's roar behind me:
"Do you know how anxious I was?!"
"The bed is empty! No note left! The car is gone too."
The thought of them bowing their heads and being scolded made them both burst out laughing.

Chapter 99 The Pervert Lockhart
The following week was the happiest time of Harry's life.
Life in the wizarding world fascinated him, and the Weasleys adored him. He spent every day with his best friend, and his two other friends were his neighbors. He even wished he could live like this forever and never return to the Dursleys.
As for Levin, Harry's arrival didn't bring much change to his life.
During this time, he became obsessed with spatial magic.
After mastering [Stealth Step], [Anywhere Door], and [Teleportation], Levin's understanding of conjuration magic deepened, and the more he studied it, the more fascinated he became by the mysteries of space.
The existence of the [Demiplane Seed] also greatly facilitated his understanding and practice of spatial power.
Levin is currently researching the [Spatial Extension Charm], and he is dedicated to casting this spell in every room of the tower.
This is clearly a good thing. You know, in the Muggle world, how many people work like slaves just to get an extra square meter of housing?
These days, you can increase the area on your property certificate tenfold with just a wave of your hand—can such a good thing really exist!
But unfortunately, Hermione and Ciri were quite frustrated by this.
Both girls are faced with the problem of how to fill their room, which has been expanded tenfold, and they rack their brains to figure it out.
Incidentally, after Levin learned the [Teleportation] spell, Hermione no longer had to spend all her time at Levin's house.
Now Levin picks Hermione up from her house every morning and takes her back to his own home in the evening.
Occasionally, when she feels like it, Hermione will stay overnight in the tower.
From then on, the Grangers looked at Levin with much friendlier eyes.
At least Mr. Granger won't keep staring at him like he's some kind of "brat who stole his daughter."
After a week, on a sunny morning, Levin received a letter from Hogwarts School.
