Chapter 251 Miss Hilo's Invitation
Chapter 251 Miss Hilo's Invitation
Chapter 251 Miss Hilo's Invitation (Part 1)
"Loila—so you really want to go?"
In the office, Loila held the letter in her hand and pursed her lips, while Miss Nagini leaned against the wall and said with a serious expression, "This could be very dangerous."
"No—no," Loila said, tapping her fingers. "Miss Hilo—won't hurt me—"
At least not for now, right? Hehehe—after all, I just helped her! She shouldn't be going to lay a hand on me or anything.
"If it won't hurt you, then why did I invite you to Hogsmeade?"
"Why should I let you go alone?"
"Even—specifically, when Headmaster Dumbledore wasn't at Hogwarts." Nagini paused. "Didn't you know he went to the Ministry of Magic in the mornings?"
It is precisely because he is not here that we dare to meet in secret!
After all, we're discussing matters concerning the UMNO—Loila lowered her head, not daring to speak of such things, so after a few seconds of silence, she said, "I—I'm not quite sure either—but it's definitely nothing—no danger at all!"
'
Her words made Nagini frown: "Isn't this a bit too uncertain? I think I'd better follow her—and I don't think she can spot me anyway."
"When I'm hidden on you."
This isn't a matter of whether she finds out or not—Loira lowered her head, unsure of what excuse to use—this matter shouldn't have been known to Miss Nagini—but as soon as she heard she was going to Hogsmeade, she wanted to go with her.
Left with no other choice, Loila had to reveal that it was Miss Hilo's invitation—and that's how things turned out.
Miss Nagini didn't want to go alone —
Perhaps because Loira had been silent for too long, Nagini sighed and said, "I understand—you don't want to disappoint Miss Shiloh's request—to come alone."
"But you should also know how important your safety is to me," Nagini said with a sigh, seemingly resigned to her fate.
"I'm so sorry!"
"Since you insist, I guess I have no choice but to respect your opinion." Nagini shook his head helplessly. "However, if any danger arises—I will rush over immediately."
As she spoke, she shook the necklace on her hand. It was a matching necklace to the one worn by Loila, a magic circle item that would glow once the blocking magic circle on Loila's necklace was activated.
"Thank you—thank you—Nagini."
"No need to thank me," Nagini said, walking over to Loila and patting her head. "Do we really need to say all that?"
"Hmm!"
The thought that she had deceived Miss Nagini made Loyra feel a little sad as she walked toward Hogsmeade.
It's really hard to believe that I've let others down—but there's nothing I can do about it, because I'm carrying the greater interests of the Malay Party and Lord Grindelwald on my shoulders!
But the fact that Miss Shiloh took the initiative to invite me to Hogsmeade means that she doesn't doubt me as much anymore, doesn't it?
Although the agreed meeting place is the most secluded place in Hogsmodry—but Miss Shiloh wouldn't just kill someone, right?
Loila had already thought it through. Even if Miss Hilo had only asked her out to kill her, as long as she begged for mercy immediately and told her the truth, there shouldn't be any problems, right?
Although she might not be able to defeat Miss Shiloh, Loira felt that she could at least give herself a chance to argue her way out.
Is it really possible?
If I get stuck on something, will people think I'm making it up?
So I guess I should practice beforehand, right?
But Hogsmeade isn't far from Hogwarts—Royla walked alone on the snow-covered road, her mind a little confused.
How about I go a few minutes later and practice first? But wouldn't that be a bit rude? If Miss Hilo is thinking of going for a butterbeer or something after she's done me, wouldn't I be inconveniencing her?
Loila walked with difficulty through the snow, her thoughts drifting off somewhere else.
But then again—it seems a bit cold around here—even though it's not Christmas yet, Loila is starting to get a creepy feeling.
It felt like I was being watched by something, a creepy feeling that gave me goosebumps — ah —
This feeling is somewhat familiar —
It seems Durmstrang often has this feeling —
"Buzz!"
A ghastly green curse broke through the air amidst the swirling snowflakes, tinging the falling snow with a green glow. The snow was falling at a speed of five centimeters per second; how fast would the Death Curse fly?
Loila didn't know, but her body had already started moving unconsciously.
"Bang!"
The wand hidden in her robe swung, and a ghastly green light flew past Loila's eyes. She then rolled away, dodging the two Killing Curses that followed.
"Damn it—"
In the heavy snow, three figures frowned as they looked at the small figure on the road.
"The Veela actually has this ability?" François muttered, raising his wand. "Or have we been exposed?"
“How could that be, François,” the other Rozier said. “Even that guy Hilo didn’t know about this—could it be that the two of us leaked it?”
"She just got lucky and escaped it."
François gritted his teeth and said, "No matter what, we can't afford to fail again—we can't let that guy Hilo laugh at us!"
"That's natural—" the others nodded and said, "In such heavy snow, she has no idea where our attack came from—"
That's right. With such heavy snow, even if Dumbledore came, he probably wouldn't be able to find out who was attacking him.
François smiled as he watched his two accomplices scatter in the snow and surround Loila.
You traitor to the UMNO party, I'll have to kill you myself.
"Avada Kedavra!"
A ghastly green curse erupted from the tip of his staff, almost simultaneously with the other two Roziers unleashing their own Killing Curses.
The three killing curses attacked from three directions. As elite wizards of the Rozier family and the Witchcraft Party, their coordination was unmatched by ordinary Aurors.
In some cases, they were even confident of defeating Hilo Rozier.
Unfortunately, Shiloh Rozier doesn't seem to be a match for Loila.
Three ghastly green spells swept across the swirling snowflakes, but Loila, positioned at the center of their convergence, simply moved her wand to create a surrounding snow wall around herself. The spells struck the snow wall, leaving only faint marks.
Damn it—François gritted his teeth and took a deep breath, but then turned into a smile.
Why choose to use snow as a barrier?
How naive!
"Thunderbolt!" He flicked his wand, and a precise blast spell was unleashed, slamming into the snow wall with a deafening sound.
François raised an eyebrow as he watched the snowflakes explode.
Ha, how can you possibly survive like this?
Just as he was thinking this, the exploding snowflakes suddenly spread like a thick fog, and before he could think further, he was completely enveloped by the snowflakes.
