Chapter 42
Chapter 42
While Sunwoo stared blankly, Kang Jinwook frowned and stepped over the gate. Actually, calling it a "gate" was almost laughable in Jeju.
It was just three long wooden rods hanging up, and it was only a few days later when a realtor told Sunwoo that it was called a "jeongnang."
He had seen some explanation about how the three wooden rods should be arranged, but he didn’t remember much, and Sunwoo just left all three of them hanging down. After all, there was nothing to steal from the house. That was his thought process.@@@@
Kang Jinwook stepped through the makeshift gate and entered the yard. His gaze never left Sunwoo. The way he walked forward, so confidently, looked almost like a model. Thinking about it, this was the first time Sunwoo had ever looked at Kang Jinwook so leisurely.
"Nothing. Sit there."
Sunwoo pointed to the seat across from him with his chin. Kang Jinwook twitched his lips in displeasure but didn’t say anything and sat down where Sunwoo pointed.
A hot breeze blew in. Maybe it would have been better to just go inside and wait.
For a moment, Sunwoo regretted his decision, but soon he changed his mind. Still, he didn’t want to bring Kang Jinwook into the house.
"Make an excuse."
